Case Study

We completed the installation of a CAT5e IT cabling system and a premise based phone system using SIP (VoIP) Lines to a number of offices in the midlands area for a well known estate agent. Our recommended solution includes deployment of CAT5e data outlets, premise based Phone system with SIP lines using a dedicated assured FTTP leased line internet service. Our client has six branches in the Midlands area and this one telephone system is supporting all the branches using Multi Site networking technology. Specific features of the phone system we have deployed are Mobile device apps that works like a desk phone, Multi Site networking, DDI, Caller ID, Auto Attendant, Voicemail, Voice Recording and Click to Dial PC integration. This has helped the business reduce operating costs, increase staff productivity and improve customer experience.
